Male Header SLV N 1 ... / SLV N 11 ...

In order to meet the increased requirements on connectors with a 1.27mm grid spacing mm, Fischer Elektronik have extended their range of male headers by introducing the SLV N ... series. Thanks to a cross section of □0.4mm, the pin contacts feature a higher mechanical stability than the previous version which had a cross section of □0.3 mm. The narrow insulator has the same width as before, i.e. 1.25mm. With immediate effect, the male headers are available with a number of contacts between 1 and 20 with a gold- or tin-plated (block tin) surface in various lengths.

As the insulators consist of a high-temperature resistant plastic (flammability class: UL94 V-0), the connector is suitable for lead-free re-flow soldering. The contact material of the male headers is CuZn30. Safe functioning in a temperature range of –40°C to +163°C is ensured. The material of the male header conforms to EC Directive 2002/95/EG (RoHS) and EC regulation 1907/2006 (REACH).
