General Remarks on Data Processing

Fischer Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG deems the protection of your personal data a matter of great importance. We treat your data with con­fidenti­ality in compliance with the applicable provisions of law and this data protection statement. You can generally use our website without entering any personal data. To the extent that personal data is collected on our pages (such as name, address or e-mail-address) this is done entirely on a voluntary basis.

 

Legal basis for the processing of personal data and your rights

In the framework of your cor­respon­dence with Fischer Elektronik GmbH and Co. KG as well as for the processing of business trans­actions, we will collect, process and use your personal data. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para.1 lit. b) and c) EU-DSGVO. For certain services of  Fischer Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG, such as sending our newsletter  (see below), we need your consent in the sense of Art. 6 Para.1 lit. a) in combination with  Art. 7 EU-DSGVO. The  legal basis for data processing in this case is Art. 6 Para.1 lit. a) EU-DSGVO. You have the right to  revoke your consent at any time. Specifi­cally we will not share your data with third parties without your expressed consent.  We do not collect personal data of special categories in the sense of  Art. 9 Para.1 EU-DSGVO in connection with this website and the processing activities referred to above.  Your data will be stored in the framework of the legal retention periods in order to fulfil our contractual obligations and our legal obligations (Art. 17 EU-DSGVO). You can request that we delete your personal data in the framework of the applicable laws to the extent that none of the grounds given in Art. 17 Para.3 EU-DSGVO prohibit this. You have the right, to ask us for a confir­mation that we are processing your personal data. Should this be the case you have a right to the disclosure of these data according to Art. 15 Para.1 EU-DSGVO. In the event that we have stored your information in­comple­tely or incorrectly, you have the right to demand they be corrected immediately (Art. 16 EU-DSGVO).
